The Hapimag Paguera Resort is located on the beachfront. The Resort has 239 apartments, a restaurant, a beach restaurant, a cocktail bar, a supermarket, outdoor pools and an indoor pool.We are looking for a motivated, service-oriented professional to join our team as aHead Chefto cover a temporary sick leave.What you can expect Overall Supervision of the smooth running of the kitchen team, covering quality, service, financial management, operations management and employee aspects. Responsibility of one kitchen outlet You participate in creating, modifying, and developing recipes, standardizing production to ensure consistent quality You support the Head Chef or Kitchen Manager in the menu planning and inventory management You participate in elaborate, organise, assign and actively participate in the preparation of all dishes and coordinate daily tasks with the kitchen team. You will report directly to the Head Chef or Kitchen Manager You participate in the Creation and control of employee duty rosters (in agreement with the resort management) Training of new employeesWhat you bring along Proven record of achievements in a similar position within the hotel industry.
