The Golang Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions using Golang ecosystems. Reporting to the Lead Developer, the Software Engineer contributes to the technical direction of projects and ensures adherence to best coding practices. This role is critical in enhancing the company's technology capabilities and supporting business objectives through robust software development.Develop, test, and deploy applications, ensuring high performance and security.
work on a new version of the platform in Golang
Collaborate with Product Owners, Security and Infrastructure team and Data Team to implement technical solutions.
Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure best practices and code quality.
Optimize application performance and scalability, addressing technical debt where necessary.
Participate in Agile development processes, contributing to sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Troubleshoot and resolve software issues, ensuring system stability and reliability.

Performance Metrics:
Code quality and adherence to best practices

System reliability and performance improvements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
~2 to 5 years of experience in software development (Golang)
~ Proficiency in cloud platforms (Azure or AWS).
~ Hands-on experience with microservices architecture, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines.
~ Strong knowledge of software design principles, performance optimization, and security best practices.
