Responsibilities Designing and implementing service reliability services, tooling and processes such as automated diagnostic systems and troubleshooting platforms. Generating software specifications, proof-of-concepts, and prototype solutions given high level feature requirements. Working closely with team members to unblock each other and share learnings and knowledge. Using data and telemetry to improve feature work and propose feature improvements to existing products. Qualifications Required/Minimum Qualifications Technical experience in software engineering, network engineering, or systems administration OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Preferred/Additional Qualifications Technical experience in software engineering, network engineering, or systems administration OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field AND Technical experience in software engineering, network engineering, or systems administration OR Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
