We are looking to strengthen our management and coordination capabilities by recruiting an experienced software development project manager who can ensure quality, meet deadlines, and maintain smooth communication with clients and teams. The successful candidate will provide the technical team with functional and technological insights on projects related to the functional domain.

Requirements
- A minimum of five years' experience in software development project management.
- A general knowledge of Java-based development environments, web frameworks, and databases (although programming is not necessary, an understanding of the technical context is required).
- Experience of working with Agile methodologies and management tools such as Redmine, Jira and Trello.
- The ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and manage several projects in parallel.
- Excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Comprehensive planning and management of software development projects from initial phase to final delivery.
- Coordinating technical teams, assigning tasks, and monitoring progress.
- Liaising with clients and stakeholders to define and validate requirements.
- Providing high-level technical supervision to ensure that solutions meet quality, scalability and security standards.
- Managing incidents and changes throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitoring deadlines, costs and resources, and reporting progress to management.
- Driving continuous improvement in processes, tools and methodologies.
