Responsibilities Colaborar con los líderes empresariales para alinear las estrategias de RRHH con los objetivos del negocio. Candidate Qualifications Licenciatura en Recursos Humanos, Administración de Empresas o un campo relacionado. Se valora una maestría o certificación en RRHH (por ejemplo, SHRM-CP, PHR). Experiencia comprobada como Socio de Negocios de Recursos Humanos o en un rol similar, preferiblemente en un entorno dinámico y de ritmo rápido. Sólida comprensión de los principios, prácticas y regulaciones legales de RRHH. Experiencia en gestión del talento, relaciones laborales y desarrollo organizacional. Excelentes habilidades de comunicación e interpersonales. Fuertes habilidades analíticas y de resolución de problemas. Dominio de software de RRHH y Microsoft Office Suite Pensador estratégico con capacidad para implementar soluciones prácticas. Alto nivel de integridad y profesionalismo. Physical Requirements This job operates in a professional office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset. The employee will be regularly required to operate a computer and other office equipment, including a phone, copier, and printer.
