At McCann Worldgroup, we are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Social Media Data & Reporting Specialist to join our team.If you are passionate about data, dashboards, and turning social media metrics into actionable insights, this opportunity is for you.Key Responsibilities- Collecting and integrating social media data to develop ongoing reports (bi-weekly, monthly) and campaign reports (weekly, final).- Building and maintaining dashboards in Looker Studio.- Integrating social media data from multiple sources (Excel, Google Sheets, CSV files, etc.) and from different agencies.- Understanding and analyzing both organic and paid social media metrics across platforms such as Facebook, Twitter/X, Instagram (Stories & Reels), YouTube, and TikTok.- Identifying insights through social listening tools, including:- Alert management- Query creation- Mention cleaning and categorization- Analysis and reporting of conclusionsMust-Have Requirements- At least 1 year of experience working with Looker Studio.- Advanced level of Excel and/or Google Sheets.- Strong ability to manage and analyze large volumes of data.Nice to Have- Experience with connectors such as Supermetrics or similar tools.- Strong PowerPoint skills to create impactful client presentations.- Experience with social listening tools (e.G., Pulsar, Brandwatch, Digimind, Social Studio).What We’re Looking For- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.- Ability to transform complex datasets into clear insights.- Comfortable working in fast-paced, collaborative environments.- Proactive attitude and continuous improvement mindset.What We Offer- Permanent contract.- Competitive salary (negotiable based on experience).- Access to extensive training plans through our internal learning platform.- 23 working days of vacation.- 2 long weekends of your choice.- 3 days at Easter.- 3 days at Christmas.- Your birthday off.- The opportunity to join a financially solid multinational company leading innovative, large-scale projects.#J-18808-Ljbffr
