At McCann Worldgroup, we are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Social Media Data & Reporting Specialist to join our team.If you are passionate about data, dashboards, and turning social media metrics into actionable insights, this opportunity is for you.
Key Responsibilities
Collecting and integrating social media data to develop ongoing reports (bi-weekly, monthly) and campaign reports (weekly, final).
Building and maintaining dashboards in Looker Studio.
Integrating social media data from multiple sources (Excel, Google Sheets, CSV files, etc.) and from different agencies.
Understanding and analyzing both organic and paid social media metrics across platforms such as Facebook, Twitter/X, Instagram (Stories & Reels), YouTube, and TikTok.
Identifying insights through social listening tools, including:
Alert management
Query creation
Mention cleaning and categorization
Analysis and reporting of conclusions
Must-Have Requirements
At least 1 year of experience working with Looker Studio.
Advanced level of Excel and/or Google Sheets.
Strong ability to manage and analyze large volumes of data.
Nice to Have
Experience with connectors such as Supermetrics or similar tools.
Strong PowerPoint skills to create impactful client presentations.
Experience with social listening tools (e.g., Pulsar, Brandwatch, Digimind, Social Studio).
