Activities
Quality Problems Resolution
Ensure that for each incident, quality tools are applied by production personnel (through training, coaching, and leadership). Includes analysis, action planning, and implementation of containment measures.
Define an alert for critical internal and external issues when necessary.
Participate regularly in rejection analysis with the customer for 0 km and Warranty cases.
Ensure the application of 8D and QR methodologies in vehicle production.
Launching Of New Products
Participates with PQL in the development of the PFMEA and the control plan.
Supports the definition of samples together with the project team for new products.
Participates in and supports MPM run@rate during all manufacturing preparation activities.
Develops standard work (SPS, SWI) for all production processes in collaboration with Manufacturing Engineering, CI, and HSE.
Process Control Plan
Checks/audits that all poka‑yoke systems are tested by the production team at the start of each shift.
Carries out updates and follow‑up of production quality indicators.
Participates daily in production area planning.
Updates and files all documents related to their activity.
Participates in LPP and Top Safety audits.
Continous Improvement
Participates in quality improvement plan activities.
Contributes to the implementation of preventive measures to avoid customer issues.
Supports the QRCM process in the plant.
Education/Competences Requirements
Engineering Degree/Master
Basic Quality knowledge
Good English skills (B1, preferred B2)
Customer Specific Requirements
FMEA, PPAP, APQP
Solving problems abilities
Excel - SAP - PowerBi
Data analysis
Analytical skills
Communication skills
