From Salas Montalvo, a firm specialised in executive and strategic search, we are looking to appoint a Site Operations Manager, based in Noblejas (Toledo), for an international company specialised in automated logistics and industrial warehousing solutions, currently in a phase of operational consolidation and international growth.The position has a senior, highly transversal nature, with full responsibility over the operational performance, technical reliability and continuous evolution of a highly automated logistics facility.Role MissionTo lead, manage and continuously improve the end-to-end operation of a highly automated logistics site, ensuring operational excellence, system reliability, energy efficiency and full alignment with corporate technical standards and long-term industrial strategy.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the overall operation of a highly automated warehouse, ensuring service levels, operational stability and performance.Oversee automated systems including AS/RS, shuttle systems, conveyors, AGVs and warehouse control and management software (WMS/WCS/WES).Ensure high availability, reliability and performance of automated and electromechanical systems through structured preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance.Lead and develop multidisciplinary teams across operations, maintenance, automation and safety.Analyse incidents, downtime and performance data, driving continuous improvement initiatives based on KPIs and OEE.Coordinate closely with corporate engineering teams to implement standards, upgrades and technical improvements.Manage energy consumption and efficiency of automated systems and industrial installations.Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and corporate operational standards.Drive continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Kaizen, data analysis and digitalisation).Prepare operational reporting and performance reviews for senior management.RequirementsUniversity degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Automation or similar).Minimum 5–7 years of experience in operations management or technical leadership roles within highly automated warehouses or industrial environments.Strong technical knowledge of warehouse automation, industrial controls, robotics and WMS/WCS environments.Proven experience managing asset reliability, operational KPIs and continuous improvement initiatives.Strong leadership skills with experience managing multidisciplinary teams.Analytical mindset, operational focus and strong decision-making capability.Fluent English required.Availability to be fully based on site in Noblejas (Toledo).
