Site Delivery Manager | Data CentreA continuación se detalla todo lo que necesita saber sobre lo que implica esta oportunidad, así como lo que se espera de los solicitantes.Permanent, site based | Aragón region |I am hiring a Site Delivery Manager for a modular data centre manufacturer building out its European delivery capability. This is permanent, in-house headcount with the manufacturer, not a contract or an agency position, and it is one of their first hires of its kind in Spain. The campus is in the Aragón region, one of Europe's fastest growing hyperscale corridors. Modular equipment arrives on site in phases and has to be positioned, installed and commissioned in sequence. You would own that process on the ground. What makes this role differentIt is roughly half technical, half site management. You are not coordinating from a portacabin and chasing a programme. The MEP contractor on these campuses does not always carry modular data centre experience, so you are the technical authority they lean on as well as the person holding the schedule. What you would be doingOwning delivery on site from the moment equipment lands: offload, positioning, installation and staged commissioningGround preparation, lifting studies and crane selection ahead of equipment placementCommissioning oversight from CxL2 through to CxL5, coordinating and witnessing vendors through the levelsManaging subcontractors and vendors day to day, and providing hands-on technical support where their data centre experience is thinMilestone ownership and recovery planning when trades or deliveries slipSite logistics and interface management between the manufacturer, the client and third party tradesHealth, safety and regulatory compliance to Spanish EHS requirementsWhat I need to seeGenuine data centre or mission critical experience. This one is not flexibleHands-on installation and commissioning depth across mechanical and electrical: MV switchgear, generators, UPS, chillers, AHUs, cooling towers and associated controlsExperience managing a live site, including meeting cadence, troubleshooting and client expectation managementFluent English, as it is the working language of the business. Spanish is a strong advantage given the site and the supply chainBased in Spain or genuinely willing to relocate to the Zaragoza areaWhy it is worth a conversationPermanent role with a manufacturer scaling in Europe, structured handover from an experienced delivery lead, and ownership of a landmark build in the Aragón corridor. Competitive package, benchmarked to attract the right technical profile. If this is you, or you know someone who fits, send me a message or apply here. xsgfvud Everything is treated in confidence.
