We’re partnering with a leading manufacturer of industrial plastic parts and components to find an experienced Shift Leader for their injection molding operations.

Lead and inspire a high-performing team in the injection area, ensuring production goals are met in quality, quantity, and timing . You’ll be the go-to leader during your shift—driving operational excellence, machine performance, and compliance with safety and quality standards. Supervise and guide operators and technicians during the shift.
Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide real-time feedback.
Coordinate with technical teams for optimal machine performance.
Prepare shift reports and share insights for improvement.
Process & Quality Control
Monitor injection machine performance and adherence to procedures.
Detect and address operational or quality issues.
Experience : 3–5 years in industrial environments (plastic injection preferred), plus experience in a supervisory role.
MS Office proficiency.
Technical or university degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Plastics/Polymer, or Process Engineering (or equivalent experience).
Spanish (fluent), English (B2/C1).
Soft Skills : Strong planning, communication, and leadership skills; Be part of a global manufacturing leader driving technological innovation.
