ph3Job Summary /h3 pSeparation Manager Spain/Portugal and local General Manager at ANDRITZ INGENIERIA, S.A. Responsible for driving sales growth, managing the Separation team for Capital and Service, and overseeing the legal entity in Spain. Location: Algete, Madrid. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul libService Separation Management (60%) /b – Manage and lead the Separation Service team from Order Intake to EBITA. Develop and execute strategic sales plans across all ANDRITZ product lines (centrifuges, filter presses, drying systems, filtration technologies) for industries such as environmental, food, chemical, and mining. Ensure sales targets, order intake, and profitability metrics are achieved. Conduct regular customer visits, build relationships, and identify new business opportunities. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform strategy. Maintain accurate CRM records and sales forecasts. Oversee the Service operation team including the workshop in Córdoba. Drive continuous improvement initiatives and foster a positive organizational culture promoting employee engagement, development, and retention. /li libCapital Separation Management (20%) /b – Responsible for Capital OI in Spain and Portugal. Manage and lead the Capital Sales team. Report to the Capital Sales Manager for West Europe, located in France. /li libGeneral Manager (20%) /b – Represent ANDRITZ INGENIERIA locally, acting as primary contact for stakeholders, customers, and partners. Lead, motivate, and develop a multi‑disciplinary team of 75‑80 people, fostering collaboration and high performance with the local management team. Manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and ensure cost control. Provide strategic advice to senior management and contribute to growth initiatives.
