Working as part of an established creative team, the successful candidate will play a central role in shaping seasonal womenswear collections for a broad and discerning customer baseb. /b /ppbr/ppbTHE POSITION WILL REQUIRE RELOCATION TO KUWAIT /b /ppbr/ppbThe Role /b /ppThe Senior Fashion Designer will be responsible for developing commercially successful collections from concept through to final product, combining strong creative vision with an in-depth understanding of customer trends and market dynamics. /ppWorking closely with buying, merchandising and sourcing teams, you will ensure collections are delivered on time, within budget and in line with the overall brand directionb. /b /ppbr/ppbKey Responsibilities /b /ppDesign and develop seasonal womenswear collections across multiple product categories. /ppResearch global fashion, consumer and lifestyle trends to identify new opportunities. /ppProduce mood boards, colour palettes, fabric selections and design concepts. /ppCollaborate closely with buying, technical and production teams throughout the product development cycle. /ppWork with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure design integrity and quality standards are maintained. /ppAttend fit sessions, review samples and oversee collection refinement through to final sign-off. /ppSupport the development of a strong and differentiated product identity aligned to the brand strategy. /ppbr/ppbCandidate Profile /b /ppProven experience as a Senior Fashion Designer within a premium or high-volume fashion retail environment. /ppRecent experience with an internationally recognised retailer. /ppStrong understanding of womenswear product development, fabric sourcing and commercial design. /ppA creative eye combined with excellent technical and product development capabilities. /ppAbility to balance innovation with commercial awareness and customer insight. /ppConfident communicator, capable of working effectively across international teams and supplier networks. /ppbr/ppbPackage /b /ppCompetitive tax-free salary and benefits package. /ppRelocation assistance where required. /ppLong-term opportunity to contribute to the growth of an ambitious and well-invested international fashion group. /p
