Stratence Partners is expanding its Tier-1 Commercial Transformation platform globally.We are appointing several Senior Vice Presidents across Europe, North America, the Middle East, and APAC to accelerate growth in Commercial Transformation, Strategy Optimization, Pricing Excellence, and Commercial Effectiveness.These roles combine revenue origination and executive-level delivery within a structured, IP-driven, governance-led platform.All engagements are designed to institutionalize capabilities within client organizations and deliver measurable financial impact.MandateSenior Vice Presidents will:Originate and close Tier-1 enterprise Commercial Transformation mandatesEngage C-suite and Boards on revenue, margin, growth, and performance architectureStructure strategic, pricing, and commercial governance programsLead executive-level end-to-end delivery from diagnostic through blueprint and implementationBuild long-term strategic client partnershipsPlatform & MethodologyAll programs operate within Stratence’s structured Commercial Transformation framework, including:Codified strategic, pricing, and commercial governance methodologyProprietary intellectual property, structured models, and scalable frameworksData management and applied data science supporting monetization and decision architectureExecution solutions embedded into commercial workflows, AI-poweredStructured capability transfer to institutionalize client ownershipClear return on investment with measurable EBIT and margin impactStructured delivery aligned with defined governance, account discipline, and economic rigorRecognized expertise across Pharma, MedTech, Oil & Gas, Chemicals, Industrial, Utilities, Financial Services, Tech & Telco, and Transport & LogisticsProfile25+ years of senior consulting experience, ideally combined with executive operational responsibilityBackground in commercial transformation and profit-growth optimization at enterprise scaleDemonstrated record of originating and closing enterprise-level advisory mandatesExperience leading strategic, pricing, revenue architecture, or commercial governance initiativesEstablished C-suite relationshipsInternational experience across Europe, North America, the Middle East, or APACComfortable combining revenue generation with structured delivery leadershipEngagement StructureDedicated, institutional support for marketing, positioning, and business developmentUncapped earnings potential directly linked to revenue originated and deliveredExecutive participation in delivery supported by structured Tier-1 resources and platform capabilitiesEstablished platform credibility with leading Tier-1 organizations, enabling long-term strategic partnershipsDefined account ownership with clear governance discipline and transparent revenue recognitionClear progression path from Senior Vice President to Partner based on performance, client impact, and platform contributionEngagement will proceed with selected profiles meeting the stated requirements.
