Conduct and synthesize user research, A/B tests, and usability studies to uncover deep insights and translate them into compelling, user-centered design solutions. Evolve and maintain our design system, creating reusable components and clear guidelines in Figma to ensure consistency, efficiency, and quality across all product teams. Collaborate & Influence: Partner closely with Product Managers and Engineers to define problems, explore solutions, and ensure a high-fidelity implementation of your designs. QualificationsUI/UX design experience for digital products or complex web applications. Experience with Figma. A Portfolio that showcases your process—including user flows, interaction models, and high-fidelity prototypes—and clearly explains the "why" behind your design decisions. Experience in user research, journey mapping, information architecture, wireframing, and usability testing. Ability to articulate design rationale with confidence, present work to stakeholders, and build consensus across cross-functional teams. Experience with prototyping tools like Principle or Framer for more advanced motion design. Knowledge of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JS) to better collaborate with engineering teams. Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment. A background in designing for B2B, SaaS, or data-intensive platforms. Additional InformationWhat do we offer you?
