pAt bCORUS /b, we are looking for a bUX/UI Designer /b to join our team on an international project. /ppbLocation: /b Barcelona or Madrid, hybrid (1-2 days in the office). /ppbr/ppbYou will: /b /pulliDesign engaging and intuitive digital experiences that align with business goals and objectives. /liliProduce concept models, journey maps, interaction flows, wireframes and interactive prototypes, information architecture. /liliEmbrace and tackle complex design challenges using advanced UX research methodologies and design thinking principles. /liliUse both quantitative and qualitative data to inform design decisions and measure the impact of UX improvements. /liliEnsure that all designs adhere to accessibility standards, creating inclusive experiences for all users. /liliCreate production-ready UI that accurately represents approved designs and collaborate with developers to ensure a seamless user experience. /liliCollaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, to drive the development of successful customer experiences. /liliParticipate in design reviews and present design concepts to executive stakeholders. /liliFoster strong relationships with development teams to ensure high-quality implementation. /li /ulpbr/ppbYou should have: /b /pulliMaster’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Interaction Design, Graphic Design or User Experience Design (UX/UI). /lili+7 years of proven experience as a UX/UI Designer. /liliExtensive knowledge of Figma, Sketch, InVision DSM, and Adobe Creative Suite. /liliKnowledge of accessibility design and AI. /liliKnowledge of remote collaborative tools such as Mural, Miro. /liliKnowledge of remote user testing and behaviour analysis tools, such as User Zoom, Hotjar, etc. /liliA solid grasp of user-centered design (UCD), conducting user research, user testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, heuristic analysis, usability and accessibility concerns. /liliAbility to work on conceptual level, as-well high fidelity designs ready for implementation. /liliEnglish speaker with written and presentation abilities a must. /li /ulpbr/ppbWhat do we offer: /b /pulliFlexible remuneration and a personalized training plan. /liliPeople-focused team. /liliDynamic work environment, with real possibilities for professional growth. /liliInternational projects of high technological value. /li /ulpbr/ppAt bCORUS /bwe are very conscious of the importance of respecting diversity.
