Asegúrese de comprender todas las responsabilidades y tareas asociadas a este puesto antes de continuar.Senior UHT (Ultra-High Temperature) Specialist.This role offers the opportunity to act as a senior technical authority within R&D, owning UHT process expertise and supporting the development, optimisation and industrialisation of specialised nutrition products in a regulated manufacturing environment.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the internal technical specialist forUHTand thermal processing technologies across the organisationDesign, develop and optimiseUHTandthermal processes, defining critical parameters to ensure product safety, quality and stabilitySupport product development, adaptation and reformulation, ensuring technical and industrial feasibilityLead pilot trials, industrial validations and scale-up activities in close collaboration with manufacturing teamsProvide hands-on technical support in resolving process, quality and stability issues related to thermal treatmentsWork closely with Production, Quality and Regulatory teams to ensure full technical and regulatory complianceSupport Commercial teams and customers with technical input, bespoke projects, technical presentations and pre-sales activities where requiredQualifications & ExperienceDegree and/or Master’s in Food Technology, Chemistry, Biology, Engineering or a related Life Sciences disciplineMinimum 5 years’ experience within food, nutrition, pharmaceutical or dietary supplement manufacturing environmentsStrong hands-on expertise inUHTprocessing and thermal treatment technologiesProven experience leading innovation, product development and industrialisation projects as a Project ManagerComfortable operating with high autonomy and acting as a senior technical reference within cross-functional teamsFluent in English and Spanish (additional languages are a plus)Why Join?You will join a well-established and growing nutrition manufacturer in a senior, high-impact technical role. xcskxlj This position offers strong autonomy, technical ownership and the opportunity to influence product performance, manufacturing excellence and customer-facing innovation across a specialised nutrition portfolio.
