We are looking for a PCB Senior / Lead Engineer to lead the design and development of advanced hardware platforms supporting next-generation semiconductor systems.
Define project architecture and technical direction based on cross-functional requirements.
Perform signal and power integrity analysis using advanced design tools.
Design and route complex boards with high-speed interfaces such as PCIe and DDR/LPDDR .
Define power distribution networks for high-frequency and high-power designs.
Support prototype validation, acceptance testing, and certification processes.
Oversee project documentation, revision control, and production supervision.
Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Electrical Engineering or related field.
~Experience with signal and power integrity analysis (e.g., Experience designing systems with high pin-count ICs and advanced packaging technologies .
~ Experience with project documentation and revision management tools.
~ English level C1 or higher .
Experience with hardware certification and acceptance testing.
Experience working in semiconductor or high-performance computing environments.
