This is a high-impact, business-driven role focused on closing large-scale AI contracts (7–8 figures) across national, regional, and institutional public administrations. You will act as a trusted strategic partner at the highest levels of government, bridging the gap between political vision and technological execution.Key ResponsibilitiesCommercial Execution: Define and lead the growth strategy for the Spanish public sector, building a robust pipeline of 8-figure opportunities.Executive & Political Engagement: Maintain relationships with Ministries, Secretariats of State, and Regional Governments.Complex Procurement: Lead end-to-end public procurement processes, including tenders, framework agreements, and direct negotiations.Internal Synergy: Collaborate with technical, legal, and product teams to ensure proposals are compliant and commercially viable.RequirementsExperience: 10–15+ years in strategic sales or account management specifically within the Spanish Public Sector.Track Record: Proven history of closing multi-million Euro, complex technology or infrastructure contracts.Expertise: Deep knowledge of Spanish public procurement laws and cycles.Communication: Native-level Spanish and professional-level English.Stature: Comfortable navigating executive and political decision-making circles.In accordance with local employment laws, applicants must have current, valid authorisation to work in Spain at the time of application.
