Overview
In this role you will strengthen the quality of Emburse’s AI-powered expense platform by designing and executing comprehensive tests. You will collaborate with software, product, and analytics teams to improve test coverage, reliability, and customer experience. You’ll build test automation, mentor juniors, and help shape the testing strategy for scalable, secure web applications. This is a hands-on engineering role in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment with broad exposure to services and data flows.

Requisitos principalesBachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experienceMinimum of 2 years’ professional experience in Java developmentExperience with OS X and Linux, Spring, AWS, Microservices, SQL, NoSQL, GITExperience in scrum and DevOps environmentsStrong understanding of agile development lifecyclePreferred: JSON/REST service design, 3rd-party APIs, Docker, large-scale web apps, TDD and functional testingFamiliarity with full web stack and web app developmentUnderstanding of secure coding practices and common design patternsAbility to solve business problems with creative solutionsStrong documentation writing skillseffective communicatormentoring and leadershipteam collaborationJavaSpringAWS
