We are seeking a highly skilled (Senior) Site Reliability Engineer to join our Platform Engineering team. In this role, you will be at the heart of our technical vision, designing and maintaining the scalable, reliable systems that power our global operations. This is a\ "code-first\" SRE role where excellent programming skills are the foundation of everything we build.Your ResponsibilitiesDesign & Development: Responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of high-quality, scalable, and reliable code for our Kubernetes-based software products.Full SDLC Ownership: Participate in the entire software development lifecycle, from initial requirements analysis and architectural design to deployment and long-term maintenance.Code Excellence: Conduct rigorous code reviews to ensure quality, security, and performance while promoting knowledge sharing across the engineering team.Technical Vision: Actively participate in design and architecture discussions to shape the technical roadmap of our platforms.Toil Reduction: Identify and eliminate manual\ "toil\" by continuously automating processes and improving system efficiency.Your ProfileProgramming Expertise: Excellent, deep knowledge of at least one of the following: Go (Golang), C, C++, or Rust. (Strong proficiency in Go/C/C++ is considered a must-have for this specific team).System Architecture: Proven experience setting up and operating large-scale distributed systems.Kubernetes Mastery: Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes and its ecosystem.SRE Principles: A comprehensive understanding of SRE concepts, including monitoring, alerting, Error Budgets, SLIs/SLOs, and root cause analysis.Soft Skills: You are a self-starter who enjoys working in agile, international teams and takes full ownership of your projects.Language: Fluency in English (working language).
