We are looking for a dynamic, proactive and talented person to join our team and perform the following tasks: Define and implement automation and Quality Engineering strategies aligned with engineering standards and the automation roadmap. Identify automation opportunities, maximize test coverage, and drive shift-left testing across the software development lifecycle. Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks for web, API, microservices, integration, and end-to-end testing. Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines to enable reliable and faster software releases. Lead performance, scalability, resilience, and reliability testing initiatives. Execute automated test suites, analyze results, identify risks and quality trends, and provide meaningful quality metrics and reporting. Create automation standards, documentation, and best-practice guidelines while mentoring teams on modern testing and Quality Engineering principles. Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, Developers, DevOps Engineers, and Delivery Managers to provide testing strategy and quality assurance leadership.
