The successful candidate will identify, develop and convert contract logistics opportunities across Spain, selling solutions that include warehousing, production supply, sequencing, assembly, packaging, spare parts and other value-added services.Main responsibilitiesBuild and manage a new-business pipeline across the Spanish industrial marketTarget customers within heavy machinery, agricultural equipment, rail, mechanical engineering, aerospace, metals and electrical/electronicsLead the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through solution development, proposal, negotiation and contract awardWork with solution design, operations, IT and finance to develop competitive and operationally deliverable solutionsRemain involved through implementation and the continued development of customer relationshipsReport on sales activity, pipeline, customer feedback and market trendsCandidate profileAt least six years' sales experience, ideally within contract logistics or complex supply-chain solutionsProven success winning new customers and generating measurable revenueStrong network across industrial manufacturing customers in SpainCommercial understanding of contract logistics costing, tenders and contract negotiationFluent Spanish and strong English. xkdbapo German would be beneficial but is not essentialComfortable travelling and operating autonomously across SpainAutomotive experience is relevant, provided the candidate is motivated to diversify into other industrial sectorsWhy consider it?Genuine new-business mandate rather than an account-management positionOpportunity to help build a strategically important vertical in SpainBroad production logistics and value-added services capabilityEstablished international operational platformIf you have a strong contract logistics sales record and an established industrial network across Spain, apply via LinkedIn or contact JBAndrews directly for a confidential discussion.
