Job DescriptionThe Senior Sales Executive is responsible for driving enterprise revenue growth for UL Solutions regulated‑industry software portfolio, with focus on ComplianceWire. This role leads complex, consultative sales engagements with life sciences and other highly regulated customers, supporting GxP training, workforce qualification, and compliance objectives. Operating in a matrixed sales organization, the role partners closely with Global Account Managers (GAMs) and Strategic Account Managers (SAMs) to execute enterprise account strategies.ResponsibilitiesOwn the full enterprise sales cycle for assigned opportunities, from discovery through close and renewal.Build and manage a qualified enterprise pipeline through targeted prospecting and expansion within existing regulated accounts.Lead structured discovery focused on regulated training, qualification, inspection readiness, and compliance risk.Position ComplianceWire as a validated, compliance‑ready learning and qualification platform aligned with regulatory expectations such as FDA 21 CFR Part 11, EU GMP Annex 11, and ISO standards.Partner with Solution Architects, Validation specialists, and Regulatory SMEs to deliver tailored demonstrations and evaluations.Develop value‑based business cases that articulate regulatory risk, cost of non‑compliance, and reduced validation effort.Maintain accurate forecasting and opportunity management within UL Solutions’ CRM systems.Collaborate cross‑functionally to support implementations, renewals, and long‑term customer retention.Ability to support Global Clientele.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in engineering, Life Sciences, Computer Science, or related field; advanced degree preferred.Minimum 6 years of B2B sales experience, ideally selling enterprise software into regulated industries (pharmaceutical, biotech, medical devices, life sciences).Proven success managing complex, multi‑stakeholder, long‑cycle sales processes.Experience selling solutions supporting compliance, validation, quality, or regulated operational processes.Strong understanding of GxP training concepts, inspection readiness, and validated systems.Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.Preferred ExperienceSelling regulated learning, quality, or validation‑supporting platforms.Familiarity with SaaS validation and risk‑based validation models.Experience supporting global or multi‑site regulated organizations.Fluency in English; additional languages a plus.Total RewardsWe understand that rewards are an important consideration as you plan the next step in your career. The annual target incentive for this position is 55% of the base salary, paid quarterly, and is contingent upon performance.
