Identify and list properties in key areas of Barcelona;
Collect and verify property documentation; sign mediation agreements per company commission policy;
Manage client relationships and ensure clear, proactive communication;
Oversee client interactions from first contact through deal closure and after-sales follow-up;
Maintain accurate, up-to-date client data in CRM aligned with business goals.
Requirements
Solid experience in real estate; strong knowledge of the local market;
Familiarity with real estate, legal, and financial processes;
Fluent in English and Spanish;
Strong communication and negotiation skills;
Results-driven, motivated, and a team player in an international environment;
Proactive, hands-on, and flexible with working hours;
High standard of customer service, especially with demanding clients.
