Experteer OverviewAs QMS Senior Engineer, you will oversee the effective implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System aligned with IRIS standards. You’ll support compliance, QA, and process improvements to ensure consistent product and service quality, with occasional travel outside the UK. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed quality into operations and drive a culture of excellence.Compensaciones / VentajasImplement and maintain the site QMS per corporate policies and regulationsLead internal and external audits; manage responses and close actions with cross‑functional teamsManage UK MNCR system; report progress to Head of Quality and HQ QMSCreate a UK process review system and monitor improvement actionsMonitor QMS documentation changes and feedback to UK teamsParticipate in HQ process forums to align UK input with global directionReport QMS performance to Head of Quality and support site objectivesLead deployment of HQ Quality initiatives in the UK (e.g., Process Audits)Coordinate Special Processes and QA coordination dutiesSupport QA and CI initiatives across departments; work autonomously and in teamsCarry out other duties as required by business needsResponsabilidadesExperience in a Quality or Manufacturing role in quality-focused industries (e.g., Transportation, Aerospace, Pharmaceuticals)Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Sciences or related fieldExperience with QMS implementation and maintenance (e.g., ISO 9001, IRIS)Experience with internal and external audits including corrective action managementAbility to deliver technical training in classroom and practical settingsAbility to maintain accurate recordsExcellent IT skills including Microsoft OfficeFlexible and able to work across a broad range of activitiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsMethodical, organized, and proactive problem-solverAbility to work autonomously and in a teamRequisitos principales25 days annual leave (plus 8 bank holidays)Healthcare Cash PlanLife Assurance 4x Annual SalaryCycle to Work schemePension Scheme with employer contributionsDedicated Women’s Network
