Senior Project Engineer

As a Senior Project Engineer to plan, organize, and execute engineering projects from start to finish. Including developing project scope and schedules, performing engineering calculations, coordinating with contractors, managing budgets, documenting progress, and ensuring successful integration into plant operations. This position will also conduct training and ensure all assigned projects are completed accurately, on time, and within budget.
Your Key Responsibilities

Project Management: Manage CAPEX process and project outcomes, including budget control and cash flow forecasting.
Lead FEED, detailed design, FAT, SAT, commissioning, and validation.
Coordinate planning, organization, and completion of engineering projects.

Communicate plans and progress to stakeholders and Steering Committees.
Drive process improvements and integrate upgrades into plant operations.

Strategic Planning Support

Maintain site Master Plans and update annually.
Interface with Business Unit and Supply Chain Leadership for capital planning.
Support standards and ways of working development.

Early Management Vertical Startup

Act as subject matter expert for Project Management mensch Early Management, and VSU.
Own VSU roadmap and oversee project phases (design, FAT, SAT, CQV).
Mentor and coach Project Engineers on methodologies and best practices.

What You Bring

Technological Expertise – Recommend and implement improvements across Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Sustainability.
Extensive knowledge of EHS, Environmental, Food Safety, and Quality Systems.
Review product and equipment design for compliance and standards.
Experience in Lean Manufacturing and TPM principles.
Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making in engineering and budgeting.
Innovative approach to equipment and process improvements.
Effective communication, Everybody relationship building, and adaptability.
Ability to manage projects safely and efficiently.
Proficient in the administrative aspects of project follow‑up, including documentation, planning, calculations, etc. Tierra.
University degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Process, Industrialνοδο or Mechatronic Engineering.
Minimum 7 years of hands‑on Engineering Project Management experience.
