We are looking for our first engineer to join as a founding member and help us build the platform that will revolutionise the video industry.
Your Mission
We’re looking for one of our earliest engineers to help build the platform that will redefine video production. You’ll join the engineering team at a pivotal moment — when decisions and contributions still have massive impact.
This is not just executing tasks. You’ll have real ownership across the stack and help shape the product from its earliest versions. Your mission will be to transform our vision into a robust, scalable platform that our users will love.
What you'll do
Design and Build: You will lead the development of our platform, from the canvas-based frontend to the AI model orchestration backend.
Solve Complex Challenges: You will tackle unique technical challenges in generative AI, real-time collaboration, and video workflows.
Define the Tech Stack: You will make key decisions about the architecture and technologies we use to build a world-class product.
Collaborate with Product and Design: You will work in a multidisciplinary team to iterate quickly and deliver features that provide real value to our customers.
Build Culture: You will help lay the foundation of our engineering culture, promoting best practices, quality, and innovation.
What we're looking for

Product Passion: You are obsessed with creating amazing user experiences and are involved in the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to deployment.
Communication Skills (mainly in English): You can communicate your ideas clearly and constructively to both technical and non-technical team members.
Requirements
Technical Skills
Object-Oriented Programming & Architecture: Strong experience with OOP languages and building clean, modular, and scalable architectures.
Engineering Best Practices: Proven track record of implementing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, and writing high-quality automated tests (unit, integration, and end-to-end) to ensure fast, reliable delivery.
Frontend expertise : Extensive experience with NodeJS ecosystem, TypeScript and React. Experience building scalable component systems around state management, and an eye for design, performance and scalability.
APIs: Skilled in designing and scaling REST APIs.
Containerization & Operating Systems: Proficient with Docker and Linux, including containerized development workflows and debugging.
Emerging Technologies: Experience or strong interest in generative AI, large-language-model ecosystems (LLMs), LangChain, RAG pipelines, and agentic architectures.
Work Style
Rapid Prototyping: Ability to quickly build functional prototypes and iterate based on feedback — balancing experimentation with product thinking and technical rigor.
High Ownership: Experience working in high-impact, high-autonomy environments such as startups or small product teams, where initiative and accountability matter.
Remote culture : Accustomed to asynchronous communication, taking initiative, asking questions early and to collaborate closely across disciplines.
Nice to Have
Backend: Experience with Java and Spring Boot, and relational databases such as Postgres or MySQL.
Infrastructure: Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS or Google Cloud) and Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Terraform.
