We are looking for a Senior Product Analyst to join one of our most established products - Cupid Media. This role is designed for a strong product analyst who is ready to take the next step in their career and grow into a Product Analytics Team Lead position. You will initially focus on hands-on analytics while gradually taking ownership of analytical initiatives, stakeholder management, and team leadership responsibilities with support from experienced leaders. Main tasks: Product Analytics & Business Impact Investigate changes in product, marketing, and business KPIs and identify root causes Conduct user behavior, funnel, retention, and cohort analyses Design, evaluate, and interpret experiments (A/B tests, CUPED/CUPAC, proxy metrics) Quantify the expected and actual impact of product and marketing initiatives Partner with Product, Marketing, and Growth teams to support decision-making Generate actionable insights that influence product strategy and roadmap priorities Analytics Infrastructure & Data Quality Work closely with Data Engineering on analytical requirements and data quality improvements Contribute to analytics infrastructure and reporting improvements Ensure consistency and reliability of key product and marketing metrics Help define analytical standards and best practices Marketing & Growth Analytics Support development of marketing analytics frameworks including LTV, CAC, attribution, and funnel measurement Partner with Growth and Marketing teams on performance analysis and optimization Develop and validate leading indicators and proxy metrics to accelerate decision-making Leadership Development Track: As part of your development toward a Team Lead role, you will gradually: Take ownership of larger cross-functional analytical initiatives Mentor and support junior analysts when needed Participate in analytical planning and prioritization Improve stakeholder management and communication with senior business leaders Learn how to manage analytical processes, quality standards, and team performance What success looks like: Become a trusted analytical partner for Product and Marketing teams Demonstrate strong ownership of analytical initiatives and business outcomes Successfully drive cross-functional projects independently Build leadership capabilities and readiness to take on people management responsibilities Progress toward a Product Analytics Team Lead position We are looking for someone who has: Strong experience in Product Analytics Advanced SQL and data analysis skills Experience working with product metrics, funnels, retention, experimentation, and growth analytics Strong business and product thinking Ability to translate data into actionable recommendations Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Ownership mindset and ability to work independently Interest in mentoring others and growing into a leadership role Upper-Intermediate (B2) English or higher Ability to work 9:00-18:00 within GMT+3 to GMT+10 time zones Nice to have: Previous experience mentoring analysts or leading analytical projects Experience working in consumer products, marketplaces, SaaS, gaming, dating, social, or subscription businesses Experience building analytics frameworks and metrics system What do we offer: REMOTE OPPORTUNITY to work full time; Vacation 28 calendar days per year; 7 wellness days per year (time off) that can be used to deal with household issues, to lie down and recover without taking sick leave; B
