PCB Designer - Radio Frequency Valencia (relocation supported) | On-site preferred My client is hiring RF Engineers to design and develop cutting-edge radar hardware for satellite systems. This is a hands-on role focused on real hardware implementation, not just simulation or system architecture. What you’ll do: Own end-to-end RF hardware design, including PCB design and layout (multilayer RF boards) Develop, test and validate RF circuits and subsystems Work closely with antenna, systems and satellite teams Design, build, test, improve What we’re looking for: Strong hands-on RF design experience (not telecom-only profiles) Proven PCB layout and hardware implementation experience Passion for designing, testing and maintaining real products Ability to own designs from concept through validation two career paths: Technical track (Senior → Staff → Lead Engineer) Management track (Team Lead → Engineering Manager) Flat structure, high ownership, and continuous hiring for strong talent in this space
