Experteer Overview
In this role you will drive pricing performance monitoring, tariff optimization, and analytical reporting for travel insurance products. You will collaborate with international pricing, underwriting, and product teams to leverage data-driven insights for decisions across multiple markets. You will develop and maintain tariff monitoring dashboards and analyze historical data to identify trends and drivers. You will contribute to tariff remediation and pricing optimization initiatives in an AI-enabled, data-governed environment.

Responsabilidades
• 5+ years of experience in insurance data analysis, pricing, or performance monitoring
• Strong analytical skills and insurance pricing experience
• Proficiency with MS SQL or equivalent database technologies
• Experience with insurance performance monitoring tools
• Proficiency in data analytics and reporting tools, especially Power BI
• Advanced MS Excel and MS Office skills
• Experience with insurance pricing tools (e.g. Radar) is a strong advantage
• Experience working with aggregator channels is a plus
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
• Strong communication and collaborative, team-oriented mindset
• Ability to work in international, cross-functional environment
• Familiarity with AI, machine learning, data and cloud-based tools and data governance standards
