Experteer Overview As a Healthcare Data Architect, you define and govern clinical data models across the Digital Foundation Platform, bridging clinicians, hospital IT, and engineers. You will shape interoperable data for patient care, imaging, and workflows, ensuring standards compliance and semantic consistency. This role centers on translating hospital operations into robust data specifications and leading governance for FHIR, DICOM, and related vocabularies. Compensaciones / Beneficios • Define FHIR profiles, extensions, ValueSets, and Implementation Guides for platform needs • Model and map clinical data from HIS/EMR to standardized FHIR resources • Establish semantic normalization using SNOMED CT, LOINC, ICD-10/11, RxNorm, UCUM • Define metadata schemas and data models for imaging (DICOM, DICOMweb) and non-DICOM content • Align imaging workflows (PACS, VNA, RIS) with platform services using DICOMweb and IHE profiles • Link imaging studies/reports to EMR using FHIR resources (ImagingStudy, DiagnosticReport, Media, DocumentReference) • Translate hospital clinical/operational workflows into interoperability specifications • Specify transformation rules between HL7 v2/CDA and FHIR/DICOM models • Define integration architectures based on IHE profiles (PAM, PIX/PDQ, XDS.b/XCA, SWF) • Establish MPI/MPI-like data quality, validation rules, and data integrity policies • Audit implementations to ensure adherence to data models and standards • Serve as liaison between clinical IT, Product Owners, and backend teams Responsabilidades • HL7 FHIR expert (R4/R5, StructureDefinition, ValueSets, SearchParameters, IGs) • HL7 v2.x advanced (ADT, ORM, ORU, DFT, MDM) • DICOM u0026 DICOMweb advanced (WADO-RS, STOW-RS, QIDO-RS) • Knowledge of HIS, EMR/EHR, RIS, PACS, VNA, LIS • Clinical workflows (admissions, orders, diagnostics, medication management) • IHE integration profiles (PAM, PIX/PDQ, XDS, SWF, XDW) • SNOMED CT, LOINC, ICD-10/11, RxNorm, UCUM • ConceptMap authoring and semantic mapping • JSON/XML schemas and OpenAPI specifications • Data governance, EMPI/MPI strategies, HIPAA/GDPR privacy • Fluent in English for international collaboration Requisitos principales • Global impact • Culture of innovation • Hybrid work environment • Flexible hours • Continuous professional development programs
