As we scale, finance plays a central role in driving data-driven decisions, operational discipline, and system scalability.We are strengthening our finance function with aSenior FP&A & Finance Systems Leadwho will combine FP&A leadership, controlling excellence, and ownership of our NetSuite ERP .Role Overview:
We are looking for asenior finance professional (7–10+ years of experience)who will act as thebusiness owner of NetSuiteand lead FP&A, financial analytics, and controlling processes across the company.This role sits at the intersection offinance, systems, and strategy, working closely with the CFO and Director of Finance to ensure:
robust financial data
scalable processes
high-quality forecasts
and strong financial governance as the company growsIn the long term, this person will be thesingle point of ownership for NetSuitefrom a finance perspective.Responsibilities:NetSuite Ownership & Finance Systems
Act asNetSuite business ownerfor the finance function
Lead and/or have ledat least one NetSuite implementation end-to-end(as project lead or finance lead)
Own system configuration related to:
chart of accounts
cost centers and departments
revenue recognition
budgeting and forecasting
reporting and dashboards
Coordinate with external NetSuite partners, consultants, and internal stakeholders
Continuously improve and optimize NetSuite as the company scales (new entities, processes, reporting needs)
Ensure data integrity, consistency, and reliability across all financial reporting2. FP&A & Financial Analytics
Own the FP&A function from a data and process perspective
Build and maintain:
management reporting
performance dashboards
KPI frameworks across teams
Ensure accurate, timely, and decision-ready financial analytics
Support business teams with financial insights and analysis
Translate financial data into clear narratives for management3. Forecasting & Strategic Finance
Work closely with the CFO on:
budget preparation
rolling forecasts
scenario analysis
Translate operational plans into financial forecasts
Challenge assumptions and improve forecast accuracy over time
Support long-term financial planning and growth initiatives4. Controlling & Financial Governance
Design and implementcontrolling procedures, including:
budget ownership and authorization workflows
spending controls
cost tracking and accountability
Ensure consistency between accounting, FP&A, and operational reporting
Support month-end close processes in collaboration with accounting
Help define scalable internal financial controls appropriate for a growing company

Requirements:Must-Have
7–10+ years of experiencein FP&A, Controlling, or similar finance roles
Strong NetSuite expertise
Participation inat least two NetSuite implementations
Lead role in at least one full implementation
Solid understanding of:
financial statements
budgeting and forecasting
management reporting
Experience in ascale-up, high-growth, or international environment
Strong systems mindset: process-oriented, structured, and detail-driven
Comfortable working closely with senior leadership (CFO, Director of Finance, leadership team)
Prior exposure to multi-entity / multi-country environmentsNice-to-Have
Experience owning finance systems post-implementation
Background in SaaS, marketplace, or services businesses
