Experteer Overview As Senior Director, Data, you will define and lead the end-to-end strategy for first-party consumer data, data products, and AI-enabled activation across digital touchpoints. You’ll shape the data/AI roadmap within the Marketing Data / Tech u0026amp; Capabilities team, partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to scale engagement, loyalty, and commercial impact. You’ll drive data governance, identity, and privacy while enabling personalized, data-driven marketing at scale. This role offers leadership of senior data leaders and a chance to embed experimentation and AI-powered insights across markets.Compensaciones / Beneficios
- Define and evolve the strategy for collecting, managing, and activating first-party data across the digital ecosystem, aligned with enterprise and marketing objectives.
- Provide strategic leadership for data product and consumer data activation initiatives with clear roadmaps and investment alignment.
- Lead and develop senior data leaders and teams in data products, CRM, activation, and AI-enabled marketing.
- Define the vision for AI-enabled consumer engagement, including personalization, predictive analytics, automation, and measurement frameworks.
- Oversee scalable data collection frameworks for websites, apps, registrations, surveys, loyalty mechanics, and other digital interactions.
- Guide data enrichment and identity strategies, including responsible use of third-party data.
- Ensure best-in-class orchestration of end-to-end digital CRM, lifecycle marketing, and ecosystem activation.
- Partner cross-functionally to align data, activation, and technology roadmaps across Marketing, Media, Technology, Analytics, and external partners.
- Champion modern, AI-enabled, test-and-learn ways of working and embedding experimentation within the organization.
- Act as the senior point of accountability for data governance, consent, and privacy, ensuring GDPR compliance and ethical data use.Responsabilidades
- 12+ years in data, digital marketing, consumer engagement, or marketing tech roles with senior leadership experience managing complex teams and portfolios.
- Proven ability to operate at strategic and executional levels and translate business goals into sustainable data/tech/activation strategies.
- Strong track record in cross-functional, matrixed environments with excellent stakeholder management and influence.
- Deep understanding of first-party data ecosystems, digital CRM, identity, personalization, and measurement; hands-on exposure to Adobe Experience Platform and Adobe Journey Optimizer (or equivalents).
- Strong executive-level understanding of data analytics, AI, automation, customer segmentation, and targeting methodologies for marketing and commercial outcomes.
