In this role you will bridge Data Engineering and QA to establish an automated data quality strategy for scalable, production-ready pipelines. You will contribute to the Information Management Digitalization Tools Team, supporting the IM Data Factory with robust IT solutions and reduced manual effort. You will shape end-to-end data validation across multiple data flows, enabling faster, safer delivery. This is an opportunity to influence data quality at scale within a global, agile environment.Compensaciones / Beneficios• Design and implement an automated testing framework for complex data processing pipelines• Develop and maintain a strategy for managing test data across various data flows and environments• Prepare test environments by provisioning test data and setting the system to the correct state for execution• Execute data flows and validate results against expected outcomes• Collaborate with data engineers to integrate testing into existing pipelines and workflows• Apply tools to automate checks for data quality and consistencyResponsabilidades• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is highly welcomed• Significant recent experience in testing data-driven systems (data quality, data engineering, or data platform testing)• Solid experience with testing ETL and data processing pipelines, including validation of complex data transformations• Deep understanding of test data management in complex, dynamic environments• Familiarity with AWS services such as Glue / Glue Data Quality, S3, Athena and DataZone xcskxlj • Ability to orchestrate multi-step test processes across systems and environments• Hands-on experience with data quality tools (e.g.: AWS Glue Data Quality / Great Expectations)• Fluency in English (C1); German, Dutch or Spanish is a plusRequisitos principales• Remote work: 80-100%• Regular on-site team events• Structured onboarding with plan and e-learning• Tailored tech setup (Dell devices, peripherals)• Flexible working hours• Kununu Top Company since 2022 with 4.2/5 and 85%+ recommendation
