In this role, you support Wolters Kluwer's global Ethics & Compliance program with a focus on SpeakUp processes. You will manage case workflows, coordinate investigations, and deliver insights to leadership. You collaborate across HR, Legal, Internal Audit, and controls to strengthen awareness and policy adherence. You drive improvements in reporting, training, and documentation to uphold integrity. This is a hands-on opportunity to shape a pivotal compliance function in a global organization.Compensaciones / Beneficios• Primary contact for the SpeakUp reporting program and manage the case management system• Handle intake, triage, reporter communication, and investigation coordination• Ensure compliance with internal procedures and laws; support investigations when needed• Analyze trends and prepare reports for senior management and committees• Collaborate with HR, Legal, Internal Audit, and Internal Control• Drive continuous improvement of SpeakUp processes and employee awareness• Support ethics and compliance training, including annual Code of Conduct training• Monitor training completion and maintain compliance documentation• Act as secretary to the Ethics & Compliance Committee (meeting prep and minutes)• Enhance data, reporting, and analytics to measure program effectiveness• Contribute to the development of the global Ethics & Compliance programResponsabilidades• Bachelor's degree in Law or related field• 3–5 years in xcskxlj ethics, compliance, legal, regulatory, or integrity roles within large international organizations• Hands-on experience with SpeakUp or whistleblowing programs• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail• Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with Power BI• Excellent written and verbal English and Dutch• Demonstrates integrity, curiosity, humility, and sound judgementRequisitos principales•
