If you thrive in modern backend architectures and want to grow with a dynamic team, we'd love to meet you.As we are expanding our backend team, we are currently looking for a Backend Developer with the following profile:ResponsibilitiesBuild scalable, secure, and high-performance backend systemsDesign and develop robust APIs and servicesCollaborate closely with frontend, product, and infrastructure teamsWrite clean, maintainable, and well-tested codeDesign system architecture and make key technical decisionsMentor developers and promote engineering best practicesOptimise performance, scalability, and reliabilityEnsure data integrity, security, and compliance standardsAnticipate edge cases and design resilient solutionsContribute to CI/CD pipelines and deployment processesRequirementsMinimum 5 years of experience developing with Java and/or Kotlin, building microservices with Spring BootHighly-skilled at writing automated tests and working with high-quality coding standardsSolid knowledge of RabbitMQ and/or Kafka and relational databases i.e. PostgreSQLAdvanced experience in cloud-native developmentExperience with Git and CI/CD pipelinesPassion for clean code and continuous learning.Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skillsAdvanced Spanish and intermediate EnglishExperience working in Agile environments with an open and collaborative mindsetNice to Have (experience with)KotlinBroad grasp of KubernetesNo relational databases i.e. MongoDBExperience with different cloud environments (Azure, AWS or GCP).Exposure to backend architectures. xcskxlj Mentoring junior developers.
