Senior Scrum Master with at least 5 years of proven experience leading agile implementations in multiple organizations who can lead our agile transformation efforts, support the development of squads, and promote an Agile mindset throughout the organization. This role is critical in driving the cultural and operational shift towards agile ways of working at KRUK Spain. The successful candidate will play a dual role as both a Scrum Master and as an Agile Coach, mentoring all the organization, promoting Lean and Agile principles, and ensuring the successful implementation of Agile practices across the company. Key Responsibilities: Scrum Master Responsibilities: Work with Squads: support and guide newly formed squads in transitioning to Agile ways of working, ensuring smooth adoption of Agile frameworks. Align with Business Goals: ensure the work delivered by the squads is aligned with the company’s strategic objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs). Support Product Owners: Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure that the product backlog is well-defined, prioritized, and aligned with business goals. Facilitate Agile Ceremonies: lead scrum ceremonies for squads, ensuring they adhere to the agile principles. Remove Impediments: identify and help remove any obstacles that impede the squad’s progress, ensuring the team is empowered to deliver high-quality work. Track and Monitor Progress: use Agile tools to track team performance, velocity, and backlog management. Ensure visibility and transparency in all squad activities. Stakeholder Management: communicate progress, risks, and challenges to key stakeholders. Agile Metrics and KPIs: establish and monitor key Agile performance metrics (team velocity, sprint success rate, lead time), using them to drive improvements and ensure delivery of business value. Cross-Functional Agile Collaboration: Agile Leadership: serve as a thought leader for Agile and Lean practices and ways of working within the organization. Coach and Mentor: develop and coach a team of future team members within KRUK Spain, ensuring they are equipped to work on their squads effectively. Agile Mindset: foster an Agile mindset across all levels of the organization, from leadership to operational teams, helping them understand the benefits of Agile. Continuous Improvement: encourage a culture of continuous improvement, helping teams to regularly inspect and adapt their processes to improve performance. Implement Lean Practices: work on Lean practices inside all the departments of the organization, minimize waste, and increase efficiency. Key Qualifications: Experience: 5+ Years of Experience: as a Scrum Master, implementing Agile and Lean ways of working in various organizations. Proven experience in leading agile transformations at both the team and organizational level. Experience in coaching cross-functional teams and enabling them to adopt Agile and Lean practices and principles. Strong knowledge and application of Scrum, Kanban, and Lean practices. Experience in training and mentoring teams in Agile ways of working, Agile ceremonies, and practices. Skills and Competencies: Leadership and Influence: proven leadership skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization, particularly with team members and senior management. Strong Facilitation Skills: able to facilitate key Agile ceremonies and workshops, ensuring productive discussions and actionable outcomes. Problem Solving: ability to identify obstacles and solve problems creatively to ensure teams stay focused and on track. Excellent Communication Skills: to clearly communicate complex Agile concepts to non-technical stakeholders, fostering collaboration and understanding of the mindset. Cultural Change Agent: to drive cultural change and support the company in adopting a new mindset centered around Agile principles. Jira: in the use of Agile project management tools. Nice to Have: Lean: experience in implementing Lean principles and practices to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency. Education & Certifications: Bachelor’s Degree: in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus. Certified Scrum Master (SM) or Certified Agile Coach (ICP-ACC, ICP-ATF) or Scaled Agile Framework SAFe. Lean Certification: (nice to have, not mandatory). #J-18808-Ljbffr
