Join Liebherr to drive SAP S/4HANA Service within a global transformation. You will shape after-sales and service processes across countries as part of an international team in Madrid. You’ll translate business needs into robust SAP Service Management solutions and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders. Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Lead the SAP Service implementation within the global S/4HANA transformation program, aligning with the Liebherr global template
• Translate complex business requirements into SAP Service Management configurations (service orders, confirmations, contracts, warranty, service billing, field-related billing)
• Integrate SAP Services with external Field Service tools (ServiceMax, Microsoft Dynamics) for scheduling, mobile field apps, and parts management
• Act as trusted advisor across all project phases: design, realization, testing, cutover, go-live and post go-live support
• Facilitate workshops and training to empower key users and stakeholders
• Support change management activities to ensure adoption of new processes and S/4HANA
• Contribute to solution documentation using JIRA and Confluence
• Collaborate with an international, cross-functional team to deliver scalable solutions for global growth
• Travel up to 30% to Liebherr sites worldwide to engage with business teams
Responsabilidades
• 3–5 years of professional SAP Service consulting experience with exposure to international deployments
• Bachelor’s degree (or Master’s) in IT, Business Administration, or related discipline
• Proven expertise in SAP S/4HANA implementations, preferably in large-scale industrial manufacturing with Sales and Services models
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end Customer Service and Service Management including integration with SD, MM, CO and non-SAP solutions (e.g., Field Service Execution)
• Ability to analyze business challenges and translate them into SAP-based, value-driving solutions
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to explain complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
• Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional languages (e.g., German) advantageous
• Collaborative mindset with ability to work in multicultural, cross-functional teams
• Willingness to travel internationally up to 30%
• SAP S/4HANA for Services certification or equivalent credentials are a strong plus
