*** Freelance SAP Security Consultant – Role Redesign | Madrid (Hybrid) ***
We are looking for an experienced Freelance SAP Security Consultant to support a project focused on SAP role redesign and security model optimization.
This role requires a consultant who is comfortable working directly with business stakeholders and functional teams to review and redesign the current SAP authorization and role model.
Location: Madrid, Spain
Work model: Hybrid – 2 days onsite in Madrid / 3 days remote
Languages: English and Spanish required
Contract: Freelance / Contract
Responsibilities
Analyze and redesign the existing SAP security and authorization model
Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and IT teams
Conduct workshops with the client to understand requirements and translate them into role design
Improve role structure, segregation of duties (SoD), and governance
Ensure best practices in SAP security and access management
Document the new role and authorization framework
Requirements
Strong experience in SAP Security & Authorizations
Proven experience in SAP role redesign / role model optimization
Ability to engage with business and functional teams
Experience running workshops with stakeholders
Good understanding of SoD and security governance
Fluent English and Spanish
Nice to Have
Experience with SAP GRC
Experience working in large SAP transformation programs
