En este momento, buscamos un/a CN funcional de SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central con sólida experiencia en implantaciones end-to-end y en procesos de transformación de SAP HCM on-premise a SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) para colaborar con uno de nuestros clientes a nivel nacional.
Qué buscamos en ti
Experiencia previa en implantaciones de SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
Experiencia en proyectos de transformación desde SAP HCM a ECP.
Conocimiento sólido en integración de sistemas de RRHH y nómina española.
Experiencia en gestión de proyectos y liderazgo de equipos.
Capacidad de interlocución con clientes y stakeholders.
Nivel alto de inglés (valorable).
Entre tus funciones
Liderar proyectos de implantación de SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (end-to-end).
Definir y validar el diseño funcional de las soluciones.
Gestionar la migración de datos desde SAP HCM on-premise.
Coordinar la integración con SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP).
Supervisar y coordinar equipos multidisciplinares (funcionales y técnicos).
Actuar como interlocutor principal con las áreas de negocio.
Asegurar la calidad y cumplimiento de plazos en todas las fases del proyecto.
Identificar riesgos y proponer soluciones eficientes.

SAP Consultant Expert – Payroll (France)
We are looking for a SAP Consultant Expert – Payroll France to implement, maintain, and support country-specific Payroll templates at product level.
You will work closely with the Country Solution Manager (functional expert) and internal stakeholders (Implementation and Service teams) to stabilize, enhance, and evolve the Payroll template across different project types (implementations, rollouts, support, etc.).
Key Responsibilities
Implement, maintain, and enhance SAP Payroll templates for Spain and/or France.
Provide technical expertise in SAP Payroll within implementation, rollout, and support projects.
Collaborate with the Country Solution Manager to ensure template alignment with local regulations.
Support internal teams (Implementation & Service) to stabilize and optimize Payroll solutions.
Drive continuous improvement and technical evolution of the country Payroll product.
Must Have
Senior-level experience in SAP Payroll (technical profile).
Strong expertise in Spain and/or France Payroll configuration and schemas.
Experience working on Payroll implementations, rollouts, and template-based solutions.
Solid understanding of Payroll integrations and technical troubleshooting.
Ability to work at product/template level rather than direct end-user support.
Nice to Have
Experience in multi-country Payroll environments.
Knowledge of SAP HCM architecture and related modules.
Experience in template governance and product standardization.
Fluent English (Spanish and/or French is a plus).

IAM & Security Architect – Global Authorization & Role Manager

Main Responsibilities
Technical Vision & Strategy: Lead the definition of global standards for roles and authorizations in complex environments (especially SAP and critical systems).

Additional Requirements for SAP MDG Implementation Specialist
Minimum 8+ Years of experience in SAP MDG with strong expertise in MDG S/4HANA 2019/2020/2023 or the latest MDG versions.
Extensive ECC and/or S/4 HANA experience; worked on at least 2 MDG implementation projects and also on support projects.
Expertise in Implementation of SAP MDG Solution for masters like Customer, Vendor, Material, etc., along with SAP ABAP skills.
Expertise in Data Model Enhancement, Data Transfer (DIF/DEF), Data Replication Framework (DRF), Business Rules Framework plus (BRFplus).
