Business & Technology Integration Tech Delivery Subject Matter Expert(S/4HANA Record to Report Team Lead)Location100% RemoteOverviewWe are seeking an experienced S/4HANA Record to Report (R2R) Team Lead to join our Business & Technology Integration team. This role will act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for SAP R2R, leading delivery activities, supporting clients, and guiding teams through S/4HANA implementations and enhancements.The ideal candidate combines deep SAP R2R functional expertise with strong team leadership and customer-facing skills, and is comfortable working in a fully remote, international environment.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as SME and Team Lead for SAP S/4HANA Record to Report (R2R) processesLead end-to-end R2R design, configuration, testing, deployment, and support activitiesGuide and mentor team members, ensuring high-quality delivery and adherence to best practicesServe as a primary point of contact for clients, building strong and trusted customer relationshipsCollaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Controlling, other SAP streams) to ensure integrated solutionsSupport issue resolution, continuous improvement, and optimization of R2R processesContribute to delivery planning, status reporting, and stakeholder communicationRequired Skills & ExperienceStrong hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Record to Report (R2R)Proven experience in a Team Lead or lead consultant roleSolid understanding of financial close, general ledger, asset accounting, and related R2R processesExcellent customer relationship and stakeholder management skillsStrong English communication skills, both written and spokenAbility to work independently in a 100% remote setupNice to HavePrevious experience working in global or multicultural project environmentsExperience with SAP implementation or transformation programsExposure to agile or hybrid delivery methodologiesWhat Were Looking ForA confident SAP R2R expert who can lead, guide, and deliverSomeone who balances technical expertise with people and client skillsA proactive, collaborative professional who thrives in remote delivery models
