ppPosition: SAP Payroll Implementation - German Payroll Location: Spain /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliDeliver expert guidance and support throughout the implementation process, ensuring technical activities align with best practices and client requirements. /liliCustomize SAP Payroll solutions in accordance with customer requirements following Strada standards, and conduct system testing to validate functionality and compliance with specifications. /liliEffectively manage priorities to meet established deadlines. /liliMaintain clear communication with internal and external stakeholders and support other project members when required. /liliTrack project progress, documentation, and collaborate with project managers and the project team to ensure timely milestone delivery. /liliDemonstrate a strong understanding of HR business processes and the SAP HR architecture to ensure successful solution delivery within defined project timelines. /liliSupport go‑live activities ensuring payroll system readiness. /li /ulh3Requirements /h3ulliBachelor's or Master’s degree with a focus on Business or Technology (or equivalent experience). /liliHands‑on experience in SAP HCM application. /lili3+ successful HCM Implementations. /liliIn‑depth knowledge of German payroll configuration and a strong track record of delivering high‑quality HR system implementations/configurations. /liliStrong client focus, accountability for results, and a clear commitment to team and project success, together with discretion in handling sensitive information. /liliFluent in English.
