Strong people leadership skills, fostering accountability, collaboration, diversity of thought, and a culture where technical experts can thrive and grow. Extensive experience leading large-scale data governance, MDM, and SAP S/4HANA transformation programs, driving organizational change, adoption, and business value realization. Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing capabilities, with the ability to engage and align senior executives, business leaders, and technical teams across functions and geographies. Deep expertise in SAP Master Data Governance (MDG), including solution design, workflow configuration, data replication, consolidation processes, and governance operating models. Strong knowledge of SAP master data domains (Material, Business Partner/Customer/Vendor, and Finance), as well as S/4HANA migration methodologies, data cleansing, cutover planning, and post-go-live stabilization. Solid understanding of enterprise MDM architectures, data quality management, integration patterns, and the broader SAP ecosystem, including SAP BTP, Data Services, and related data management technologies.
