Vallès Occidental (Barcelona) | Hybrid 50% Remote / 50% Onsite English required We are looking for an experienced SAP CAR Functional Lead with strong expertise in SAP AMR and SAP UDF to lead distribution planning initiatives for a leading international retail company. Key requirements: Strong hands-on experience with SAP CAR, AMR, and UDF Proven background in Retail Distribution Planning / Demand Forecasting Ability to lead functional initiatives from design to delivery Experience working closely with business stakeholders (Distribution, Supply Chain, Commercial teams) Strong functional profile with solid technical understanding Leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills Fluent English Main responsibilities: Lead implementation and optimization of SAP AMR & UDF solutions Drive continuous improvement of distribution planning processes xcskxlj Coordinate cross-functional teams and SAP initiatives Identify and leverage new SAP functionalities and best practices Ensure successful integration with other SAP modules and business systems If you have relevant SAP CAR experience and are interested in discussing the opportunity, please send me your profile at
