Are you ready to join us? /p h3About the role /h3 pAs part of our ongoing international growth, we are strengthening our SAP Global AMS organization and are looking for an experienced SAP Authorization Senior Consultant. This role is primarily focused on providing authorization and user management support to German customers, with occasional involvement in international accounts and selected global team activities. You will act as a key contact for SAP user, role, and authorization topics, ensuring compliance, audit readiness, and high service quality. Feel free to ask our Recruiters for more details! /p h3Which tasks can you expect? /h3 h3SAP User Authorization Management /h3 ul liManage SAP user accounts, roles, and authorizations for German customers, ensuring compliance with internal security policies and customer-specific requirements. /li liDesign, maintain, and optimize SAP roles and authorization concepts. /li liResolve authorization‑related incidents and service requests efficiently and professionally. /li liProvide expert guidance on authorization best practices to customers and internal stakeholders. /li liEnsure proper documentation of authorization changes and processes. /li /ul h3Audit Support Compliance /h3 ul liActively participate in internal and customer audits (e.g., access reviews, segregation of duties, compliance checks). /li liPrepare and validate audit evidence related to user and role management. /li liSupport customers in addressing audit findings and implementing corrective actions. /li /ul h3Global Activities /h3 ul liSupport SAP transport and deployment activities, following established deployment and release management processes. /li liParticipate in global tasks like global objects maintenance or system maintenance support (like HRSP) and cross‑country SAP activities, where required. /li liContribute to the enablement and support of SD Worx SAP AddOns. /li liCollaborate with international colleagues to ensure alignment with global standards and procedures. /li /ul h3What do you have to offer? /h3 ul liFluent German and English (spoken and written), with the ability to support German‑speaking customers confidently. /li liMore than 4 years of experience as a SAP Authorization Consultant, with a strong focus on user management, role and authorization design, and access governance. /li liSolid understanding of audit and compliance requirements related to SAP authorizations. /li liStrong analytical and problem‑solving skills. /li liHigh sense of ownership, reliability, and attention to detail. /li liProfessional and confident communication style when working with customers. /li liWillingness to collaborate in an international and global team environment. /li liFlexibility to occasionally support topics beyond pure authorization scope. /li liThese words should define you: Analytical and structured mindset, logical thinking, ownership, proactive and solution‑oriented, initiative, flexibility, social character, self‑structured, collaborative and smooth client communication. /li /ul pFrom many places, we work as one, moving from better to best together. /p pSD Worx embraces diversity in the workplace.
