Responsibilities:Si desea conocer los requisitos para este puesto, siga leyendo para obtener toda la información relevante.Manage high-volume inbound and outbound sales motions across all stages of the sales funnel via phone, email, video and social media outreach for B2B (business to business)Ability to identify key point of contacts through Sales Navigator as well as all forms of desk targetsActively manage sales pipeline with a focus on moving all prospects through the sales funnelDocument all relevant prospect and customer interactions on CRM (Salesforce)Transition qualified leads from pipeline to onboarding team to finalize the transactionReview and report daily, monthly and quarterly metrics to help achieve sales goalsAdditional information:Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 10am–7pm, with a 1‐hour fully paid breakHybrid role: 3 days home office (Wed & Thu office)Training: 23.04.2026Salary Greece: €1350.00 gross per month + quarterly bonus 1350.00 grossSalary Bulgaria: €2198.56 gross per month + quarterly bonus 1537.20 grossRelocation: relocation to Greece/Bulgaria. Remote work outside of Greece/Bulgaria is not permittedRelocation package: We provide full support with relocation to Greece/Bulgaria - including flight reimbursement, 2 weeks hotel and advanced payment.Requirements:Knowledge of English and German at min. C1 level (speaking and writing)Min. xcskxlj 2.5 years and up to 5 years of directly relevant customer facing experience in sales or customer service role, ideally in tech. advertising sales sectorAbility to think creatively and react quickly to tailor messaging to different conversationsAmbition, confidence, fearless outgoing attitude – a self-starter with a competitive growth mindsetStrong time-management skills and the ability to work independentlySalesforce experience/ prior exposure to a CRM toolPrevious experience within sales (working on warm leads, cold outreaches, research)
