You will be on the frontline of impact, driving visibility, negotiations, and results where it matters most—where consumers discover, choose, and connect with our brand.What you’ll achieve
Own the Route:You will manage and execute a structured visit plan, ensuring every point of sale receives dedicated attention and consistent excellence.
Maximize Shelf Impact:You will transform shelf space into a powerful sales driver by optimizing product placement, visibility, and presence to capture consumer attention.
Win the Floor:You will negotiate display positions and product listings with store managers, securing prime locations that elevate our brand and boost performance.
Execute with Precision:You will implement in-store setups and promotional guidelines, ensuring a consistent and compelling brand experience.
Turn Data into Action:You will gather market insights—consumer trends, competitor moves, and store performance—and translate them into actionable recommendations.
Translate Data into Strategic Insight:You will prepare regular reports on point-of-sale performance, transforming sales data, display effectiveness, and competitor insights into clear, actionable recommendations that drive smarter decisions.
Champion the Customer Experience:You will proactively solve in-store challenges, from stock issues to display gaps, ensuring every shopper interaction with our brand is seamless and positive.Who you are
Academically Grounded & Mobile:You hold a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, a valid driver’s license, and enjoy being in a field-based role with frequent travel.
Communication Expert:Strong communication and influencing skills, enabling clear and persuasive interaction with both internal teams and external partners, combined with fluency in Spanish, a B2 level of English and Catalan.
Commercial Negotiator:You bring proven experience in commercial negotiations and are able to influence decision-making at the point of sale, while thriving in dynamic environments where you effectively balance multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
FMCG Insider:You bring experience in the food or FMCG sector and thrive in its fast-paced, highly competitive environment, combined with a genuine passion for consumer goods and the impact they have on everyday life.
Data-Driven Strategist:You confidently turn sales data and market trends into actionable insights, bringing a strong sales-driven mindset focused on identifying opportunities, driving growth, and continuously optimizing performance.
