Our work supports developers, engineering firms, construction companies, and architectural studios on marketing, investment presentations, and international tenders.We are looking for a senior business development / sales professional with proven experience in the architecture, engineering, construction, or real estate sector, to help us secure high-value projects (€10,000 – €30,000+) .This is a commission-based collaboration, ideal for an experienced professional who understands how complex architectural projects are sold and wants to work with a premium service offering.Responsibilities Identify and approach developers, engineering firms, and architectural studiosBuild relationships with decision-makers (directors, partners, project managers)Present our services and manage the sales processSupport negotiations and close high-value projectsWork closely with the studio to align proposals with client needsRequirements Proven experience in business development or sales within architecture, engineering, construction, or real estateStrong understanding of B2B services and long sales cyclesAbility to sell high-ticket, custom professional servicesExcellent communication skills in English (Spanish is a plus)Self-driven, strategic, and results-orientedWhat We Offer Commission-based compensation aligned with project valueHigh-quality portfolio and premium positioningFlexibility and remote collaborationLong-term partnership potentialIf you have experience selling architectural or engineering services and want to collaborate on high-end international projects, we would be glad to hear from you.
