We’re hiring: Sales Operations Specialist (Sales Back Office) At KARIBOU, we are growing fast and leading the way in sustainable packaging solutions. We design and distribute 100% plant-based, plastic-free single-use packaging, helping businesses reduce their environmental footprint. Our mission is to drive the transition toward more responsible and sustainable consumption. To support our continued growth, we are looking for a Sales Operations Specialist to join our Commercial team. Your Role As a Sales Operations Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting the Sales Team by ensuring accurate and efficient order management, while contributing to an excellent customer experience across all commercial interactions. What You’ll Do ✔ Support Sales Management in achieving departamental objectives ✔ Manage and process customer orders in ERP Navision, ensuring accuracy and proper follow-up ✔ Coordinate with customers, sales representatives, agents, and internal departments ✔ Handle customer inquiries, claims, and incidents in a professional and timely manner ✔ Monitor shipments and deliveries to ensure correct execution ✔ Prepare and send product samples to clients and prospects ✔ Support invoicing and administrative processes ✔ Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives What We’re Looking For Degree in International Trade, Business Administration, or related field Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Sales Back Office or Sales Administration roles Full professional proficiency in English (French or other languages are a plus) Strong skills in ERP systems (Navision preferred) and advanced Excel Knowledge of Power BI is a plus Willingness to travel occasionally Organized, proactive, and results-oriented mindset What We Offer ✨ Permanent position in a fast-growing, purpose-driven company ✨ Professional development and career growth ✨ A dynamic, inclusive, and sustainability-focused work environment ✨ Competitive salary based on experience and profile
